Annual Workshops

The Center for Thermal Spray Research holds an annual 2-3 day workshop focused on a
specific theme of interest to the thermal spray community. These workshops have
traditionally been well attended by participants from around the world representing key
coating suppliers, specifiers, researchers and end-users. Feedback from those attending
the workshop has always favorable with comments like, "the workshop is my best way of
keeping up with the advances in new technologies".
In conjunction with the workshop, the Center offers a one-day introduction to thermal spray class that continues to be very well attended by engineers and scientists who may be new to the industry, or even to those who have had a few years experience but want to deepen their understanding of the process fundamentals. The next workshop is scheduled for July 2004 in which our new building and laboratory will be showcased. Workshop brochures and registration forms are available on-line for downloading. |
